About the Position:
The Development Manager is part of Al Otro Lado’s work in growing organizational fundraising and relationship building. The ideal candidate will excel in ethically engaging with and serving donors, building lifelong relationships with donors and other stakeholders, and creating strong ties to the business and funding communities. They will take all of their experience and bring AOL fundraising and development systems to a level that will support Al Otro Lado’s growing mission.
